June 2017 Newsletter

 

I hope that all of you are doing well June is a busy month for us. On Saturday June 10th we have the Jewell Jubilee parade. I will double check the time and post it on Facebook. We also have a fun show that evening; Troy Johnson is the chairperson if you have any questions contact him. Also on the 24th we have one of the fun shows weíve added since the initial newsletter. I will be the chairperson for that show. We may need some volunteers for the committee on that show. If you are interested let me know.

If you donít think you are receiving emails or monthly newsletters or are missing information, contact myself, or a board member and it will be fixed asap! We want everyone to stay up to date with the HCSC happenings and if any changes to the schedule are made. Updates are generally emailed, posted to the website and also to Facebook. Continue to check those places for the latest information.

Everyone please remember sponsorships for the 2017 season. Each member is asked to sell a $20 or $30 sponsorship to help with our yearly costs. Contact feed stores, tack shops, bedding suppliers, trailer/truck dealerships, farriers, vets, etc. Please let me know who you are getting these sponsorships from so we can be sure to have them listed on our website and announce them at our events. Paid memberships are also required for use of the saddle club arena. Memberships are $20 for single and $30 for family. You may bring sponsorships and memberships to any HCSC event or contact me directly. For those of you donating a sponsorship personally, make sure you let us know it is different from your membership. Keep in mind that money is used for show expenses, prizes, and year end awards, so it is important that all members help sell sponsorships. It is also required to be eligible for year-end awards!
